I’ve used Apex for years now and they have always resolved any rare instances quickly. I’m convinced that the minorly inconvenient lag time when issuing cards is to reduce risk and wait a moment to see if someone disputes a charge. My bank often flags the charge and waits for me to reply by text giving approval.
I have nothing bad to say about Apex after more than four years of using them and I am sure that whoever is claiming Apex doesn’t respond is just not being truthful.
