Does anyone have any additional information on why or how Old Navy/Gap gift card pricing has sunk an additional 5-10% on Raise.com? These used to be much easier to flip and sell at 5-6% discount on Raise and with my bulk selling fee of 10% I was able to make at least 6% buying/selling.
