Office Depot/Max stores are offering a $10 instant discount when you buy $300 in Visa gift cards. Valid 6/30 - 7/6. Either purchase two $200 cards or one $200 and one $100. Normally you can do this deal multiple times in different transactions but YMMV based on cashier. $10 doesn't completely wipe out the purchase fees, but it comes close. Staples is also offering fee-free Visa gift
