This deal is squirrelly. If you buy an Amazon gift card, NO GIFT CARD CODE IS PROVIDED - it is auto-credited to the account that it is emailed to.
When I tried to buy/email the gift card to myself, I received an error message. So I sent it to another email address of mine. When the email arrived, it states that it will be automatically applied to the account it was sent to. That email address does not have an Amazon account, so I opened up an Amazon window with my active account, then clicked on the email. It then added it to my active account. I am still waiting on the $8 credit.
