Ebates no longer offers cashback for Simon gift card purchases at simon.giftcardmall.com. Apparently, this was a popular merchant to shop at due to the lower activation and shipping costs on Visa gift cards when compared to the standard Giftcardmall site. Some other portals like Befrugal exclude Simon from Giftcardmall as well. Hat tip to r/churning
