This will be the 4/5 time I have purchased a guft card from CARD CASH and there was no balance or significantly not as stated 12/26/20 purchased a 25.00 IHOP gift card went to my online order and tried to pay for my IHOP Order and the card balance was 2.26 submitted compliant and it took them 5 days to refund and they said customers should use the card immediately upon purchases So they are aware of their scam!
